You will need to resize the images in an image editing program like Photoshop or any of the free ones that can be found on the web.

Do you have image editing software
on your computer? Also, what
operating system are you running on
your computer? Generally speaking
there is a resize image feature in
most software. it should have a
panel for changing the resolution
and the physical size of the art.
The resolution should be 72 dpi.
you want the physical size of the
image to be as large as you can
make it at the resolution while
keeping within the file size
limitations mentioned on the upload
page. For example, one of my images
is 72dpi at 5X5 and uploaded just
fine. I use Photoshop for my image
editing. If you have a digital
camera with software for it there
should be some kind of interface
for changing your image size. I

I do have a problem with moving around the site during the day. Sometimes pages will not load up at all.

Hi Harry, no messaged, all seemed okay, but when i looked at the front page no images. he image are jpegs and the usual size I up load which is under 30k.

Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree
Andrew, but try clearing your cache
and reloading the page... maybe,
just maybe! 
The only problem I had was with the
uploader telling me that my images
were greater than 150k in size -
when I KNEW they were only about
140-145k
It's not a biggie though - and I
just further reduced them in size.
