After reading if you are still having problems uploading please
reply to this message, and give as much information about your

Mac, etc), file type, etc. Also please email the files themselves
to [email protected] and we will try and repeat the problem.
i'm having trouble trying to buy
more upload credits at the moment.
any ideas why that might be?
Hi Sam. sorry the credits bit wasn't in the right place! Thanks for pointing this out! You can now get credits from the upload image page.
great. it's working now. thanks!
i uploaded a photo and it said the
upload was successful, using up one
of my uploads. but then i viewed my
portfolio and it wasn't there.
also...how do you trade in points
for uploads?
Hi. As above, can you list your
browser type etc.
Also to trade points, I need to put
that page back in from before we
did the redesign.
I was using safari on a mac.
Trade points thing is back online. cheers
Hi harry, i've just up loaded a painting on my profile called 'dusk',but when i click to view it , it doesnt come up properly, or when it does its just the top half, could you please take a look and see what you can do, thanks,
The problem is the image is too big. If you upload it again, after resizing it, it should look better.
I tried to upload an image,
but the image did not appear
in my portfolio and a credit was
still taken off me. could you
please help...
