I have been passionate about art, crafts and creative expression for as long as I can remember. I studied art and design to degree level and graduated as an art teacher. When painting I love experimenting with colour, media and technique and work on rich, tactile backgrounds. My prevelant themes are nature and fantasy with a dark, dreamlike and sometimes macabre twist. I believe that we all need to keep the element of dreamtime and playfulness in our lives, to visit the landscapes of our childhood and rest our souls there.
My other creative pursuits include dolls, dolls houses and body adornment.
