The emotions that are with me at the time usually decide the direction of my painting.
Now and again I surprise myself when 'something' arrives from 'nowhere' and turns out to be more satisfying than planning the life out of the art.
I really don't like to be stuck in one style of painting, I much prefer variety in all that I do.
My goal is for my art to speak for itself. I hope it speaks to you.
