Painting and Drawing has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. All my life I have been driven by the need to communicate by either drawing or painting. Each work that I undertake draws me in a different direction leading me to explore and develop. I gain inspiration from the most surprising places and I am always trying new ways of creating the illusion I require or communicating or the feeling I want to invoke.
Some people say painting is a relaxing process. Well I can tell you that I find it far from relaxing. Yes it is exhilarating when a work is finished and it is even better when someone wants to spend his or her hard earned cash on one of my pieces.
All forms of art are subjective, and the positive response towards my work has enthused me. At the moment I sell on eBay for two reasons firstly because I am building a good client base if you look at my feedback you will notice that a number of people have come back for more, and secondly I believe that visual art is for everyone and not for the privileged few.
Now I face a clean white canvas and have to make that first mark and jump into my own world and become lost in the process.
