Hi
I have been painting and drawing for as long as I can remember now. Apart from normal schooling I am basically self taught.
Most of my working life has been as a graphic designer, but I was never satisfied, always yearning to do my own thing.
I stay at home now as I am a carer for my wife and my daughter though suprisingly, this has given me more opportunities to carry on with my painting.
I love to draw but my pain passion is oils.
I have accepted commissions on subjects as varied as landscapes, pets, portraits even a train once!
My first love though is painting from the imagination and constantly striving to create the realistic from the fantastic.
I would love to do some book jackets though I would accept comissions in most fields.
I have also found that I am quite proficient with photoshop. Its techniques to me, are quite like working with oils; strangely.
