I am a freelance artist, If you need a good artist to draw something for you then check me out. Now that I am done pimping my talent let me tell ya little about myself.
I have loved to draw since I was a little kid, I drew all the time. I have always been a huge horror fan and an even bigger fan of comic books. This of course carried over into my art, my other love. For awhile these where my three loves, Art, Horror, & comics. At the age of nineteen I went to a three day party, At the end of the third day I met my final and greatest love (no, not some dumb bimbo) it was my maker.
Think what you will of Christ, but I tell you as someone who experienced salvation, the only part I played in salvation was realizing I needed it and accepting it. I didn't choose to clean up my act, I didn't choose to go to church, and I didn't choose to "start acting religious" (I hate that word,religion). All I chose to do was face the fact that all that "I believe in God"," I believe that I'm a good person" and " I think I'll go to heaven" held little real conviction. Right now I don't believe in God, I know God. I don't believe I'll go to Heaven, I know I will, and am experiencing a relationship with God right now that won't change in Heaven. As for being a good person, well I can be good, and I can be very cruel and mean as well. I do know that Christ was good, he was and is perfect love in all its complexities. It used to be about me and who I made myself up to be, now it's about Him and what he made me to become. Every day is a clean slate for me now, I am sober, married, have a little boy, and feel blessed for the simple things. I also have my struggles, I am far from what The lord made me to be, but I pray that today I may walk a little closer to that destination. In the end I know that I will stumble (so far its with almost every step), but I also know that God doesn't hold this against me and that it will be his hand that will lift me onto my feet every time. This is what I am a Son of God, an artist, a husband, and a father. I am at peace.
