My name is Angela and I specialize in Fashion/Costume Design, photography, and illustration.
My senior year of high school interned at I interned at Syracuse Stage Costume Shop were I assisted in creating and altering costumes for professional theater. attended Cazenovia College for two years majoring in fashion design where I was head costume designer/costume supervisor for the college's production of Fahrenheit 451. I participated in organizing Cazenovia College's annual fashion show in 2004 which included some of my own designs.
Ever since I was young I have help an interest in photography. My father was a photographer so all growing up he has taught me all about this art form. I have had a wide variety of experience including photographing and shooting video of horses for sale, weddings, fashion shows, concerts, portraiture, etcetera. I most enjoy taking pictures for art but I love all forms of photography. I just completed a photography class at my current college and loved it!
I also enjoy illustration, I have three original comic books that I work on in my spare time and dream of someday getting one of them published, if even on a small scale. I love writing and art so creating comic books is a perfect medium for me. I designed the image used in the 2004 Cazenovia College Student Fashion show which was displayed on all of the posters, invitations, and programs.
I like to challenge myself in attempting several art forms. I recently took a painting class which is a medium I have never felt comfortable in but now I love it! I also enjoy working in 3-D and sculpture.
