About Me:
I am a recent graduate of illustration at Swansea Institute of Higher Education and I am now looking to apply my skills in the wide world of design. My main skills are focused with computers and I am capable of working on both PCs and Macs. I am skilled in using the programs Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator,
I also have some experience with Macromedia Flash and Quark Xpress, but my strength is definitely with Adobe Illustrator. I am always eager to improve my skills with these programs as well as learning new programs.
I am capable of working on a wide range of projects. At university I worked on projects ranging from greeting cards to computer game box art, from T-shirt designs to a mural for an architecture firm. All of these I’ll be happy to show you at an interview.
Outside of work, I enjoy working with computers, watching movies and going for walks or bike rides. I enjoy listening to music; favorite bands include the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jimmy Eat World and Stereophonics.
I also have recently started doing voluntary illustrations for the BBC run website Http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2 providing illustrations for articles on the site. I have also done some volunteer work with the National Trust, helping them maintain the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park in the summer of 2004.
