My art changes and evolves as I move through life. Mystical studies, The Tarot, Astrology and religion inspire me. I love B movies and dark fiction. I am passionate about politics and women's issues. My paintings evolve from those aspects. In addition, my moods and experiences play a role in my work. My primary tool is acrylic paint. However, I use oils, watercolor, ink, pastels and pencil as well. I also use found objects at times. I've experimented with many styles and mediums through the years. I will continue to do so in the future.

My figurative work has been exhibited in colleges, book stores and various alternate venues. It has been published in magazines and within books. I've sold my work in hair salons, on the internet, at fairs and through word of mouth. My online experience has made it possible for people all over the world to purchase my work.

I recently underwent a life altering experence. I battled cancer through most of 2007 and continue the fight to remain cancer free. To say the least the experience has impacted my work.I will be adding my new pieces here gradually.

I am also an accomplished writer. My fiction--like my visual work-- is sometimes dark and speckled with supernatural elements. My novel MANHATTAN GRIMOIRE has been released from DELIRIUM books. My novel SETTLING IN NAZARETH was published in 2001 and DESCENT in 2005. In addtion, my novel FROM ASHES will be released in September 2009.

I hope that my work will continue to bring joy to people in the future.
