HD images now link to a HD viewer in full screen which is currently in beta but initial tests indicate that it is fully functional. Please note that HD imagery is more likely to be downloaded and printed by the general public since it is more suitable to print, so if you intend to use this new feature please take any precautions such as watermarking you imagery.(Something we may add as an automatic option at a later date) We have also added an image sort option, allowing members to choose the ordering of their images on their portfolios. This feature has been added for all members, Pro and basic accounts alike. Additionally, There have been a number of small behind the scenes updates recently that you may not have noticed. We have improved the thumbnail image quality so that they will appear much sharper. Also we have added a logfile to the Control Panel where you can now track improvements as they happen. We decided that the advertising space on the header of the site was being wasted plugging the likes of toothpaste and insurance companies so instead we are using it to promote you! Each day the site will pick a new Pro Member Of The Day, promoting that person by linking to a special page summarising that artists information and displaying their most popular image. From here visitors can then view the artist's portfolio. The site gets millions of page views a months and this is expected to significantly boost traffic to member that actively support the site. Additionally, stats have now been added for portfolio views as well as images and we will soon be letting you view these stats for yourself on your own pages. The biggest one will be the ability to login using your Facebook account. Existing customers will have the ability to merge their accounts with their Facebook login (if they have one) giving them a choice of how to login. Additionally we are now officially looking into developing a Facebook application for Voodoochilli. We will update you as and when we have progress on this. We have made some minor graphics changes to the site, including new social buttons on artwork pages allowing people to quickly bookmark any artwork they are interested in.
