CAREER HISTORY
Product Designer, November 2002 – Present
Shen Zhen D’Sily Industry Co., Ltd., China
I am designing large number of seasonal and non-seasonal products, both for American and European artwork demands. Produces vast number of designs with the best quality and are proven to be saleable. Well exposed in providing assistance to many of our subcontracting factories in various provinces in China.
Product Designer, September 2001 – November 2002
Dahlmann Group, China
I worked as a product designer with monthly retainer’s fee. Provided them designs based on their showroom and exhibition requirements for Hong Kong, China and Frankfurt. Developed creative product ideas from concept sketches to computer enhanced final artworks for presentations. Followed up prototype modeling and provided layouts for packaging.

I joined a team of Filipino designers, well trained in creating unique and competitive designs for the company’s clients. I had engaged mutual work relationship towards everybody.

JC Jems International Exports, Philippines
I was called up to develop products and sundries of various themes for Christmas, Harvest, Spring, Halloween and the likes. Clients of big names such as Department 56, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Pacific Rim, Roman, RH Macy’s, Quelle and others were served with new designs. I overlooked a department of 12 sample makers, 6 tin smiths and 30 sub factories and/or product developers outside the company which includes wood workers, paper and fabric mache makers, glass manufacturers, metal smiths, polyresin, polyfoam, fiberglass and plastic modelers.

SCT Furnishing Corporation, Philippines
I was able to design series of furniture and home furnishings for their Japanese clients. Experienced design consultant to four Manila F.A.M.E. Gifts and Houseware. Had studied college simultaneously as part time designer to some export companies like Barkrafts Co., Cedarwood and 1st Unitrade Inc. Won several design contests.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Sensitive on market trends and design forecasts.
• Exposed in many gift and houseware shows and/or product trade fairs both here and abroad.
• 9 years of solid experience in designing US, Euro & Asian exportable products that ranges from small home decors to big furniture pieces.
• Capable of doing freehand drawings, pencil sketchings and manual painting using different media as watercolor, acrylic, oil paint, textile paints, crayon pastels, markers and felt tip pens and others.
