This reminds me of being in spain on holiday. I really like your use of colour in this piece. It's very bold and striking and the composition works well. If I tried to do something like this it would probably end up on the museum of bad art website!

This image is powerful in so many ways to me it looks like a lost soul wandering towards a new place, great colours and composition its great to see a piece of artwork like this as image of the month.

I especially like the blue shapes... They almost seem to be having a conversation at a cheerful yellow "table" but perhaps that's just the illustrator in me trying to find the story... At any rate, I just wanted to let you know that I really like this piece and I agree with Gilles that this would be great to see BIG!

This is a beautiful piece Victoria. I think Abstract painting is as a communicative medium and the individual painting is the opening statement in a conversation. If this is the case, then it behoves the artist to generate some explanatory notes and perhaps other (seried) works to keep the conversation alive and on track. In conversation generally, it's nice to know what we're all talking about especially when we find ourselves attracted to the initial statement (painting). I would love to see you speak in a louder voice (larger format) because I am interested in what you are saying here...
