Curriculum Vitae of Nadia Bettega
Born and raised in Zambia of Italian father and Swedish mother, at the age of 12 Nadia went to school in Sweden. Since the age of 20 Nadia has been a keen photographer with an eye that discovers beauty in the ordinary things. She has won the 2004 Cooperacion Internacional Competition for young Artist in Spain and the 2003 People First Student Competition for photographers. She has exhibited at:  D+Espacio Arts Conference – (La Coruña Spain. July 2004) – conference organised by Spanish NGO (Cooperacion Internacional) aimed to illustrate & promote cultural diversity, human solidarity, truth & justice.  The Waterloo Gallery International Open Image Competition Showcase (London. March - April 2004).  The MassiveUK festival (Manchester. August 2003)  Private Exhibition (Kumyesu) reflecting beauty of Zambian & Malawian landscapes & people (London. February - March 2003). Sponsored by Jessops, Snappy Snaps & 4D Model Shop.  Photographer for London Symphony Orchestra recording session. Images used in released CD. (London. September 2002).
