Description/Technique: Acrylic on box canvas. Reds and purples form the sky, with a mix of metallic gold for extra light. I wanted the effect of water in the background, so used interference gold paint for this. The poppies are catching the fading light, and the grasses are painted with purple, turquoise and touches of metallic blue paint. The scene is an imaginary deep twilight, an attempt to link landscape and sky with flowers.
