Description/Technique: This picture was inspired by a photo from the movie Batman - Dark Knight. I did this on Adobe Photoshop CS2 with a bamboo wacomb pen pad. Sooo even though it was done digitally it was still free hand. I hope you enjoy this one! I really do.
