Uploading Problems

A few users have recently been having problems uploading images. We have never been able to repeat the problems here - using Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/) as a browser has solved these problems for most users. We are keen to fix this, if you have problems uploading please reply to this message, and give as much information about your set-up as possible e.g. your browser, operating system (Windows, Mac, etc), file type, etc. Also please email the files themselves to mail@voodoochilli.net and we will try and repeat the problem.

Hi Georgia - not really an uploading issue! Amway, there is no code on the site that should make you go to the home page like that. Could it be that you pressed the delete button (which also makes the browser go back if your cursor is not in a text box)?

Cheers

Harry

Sometimes the pictures are far too small or so big you can't see them in one piece so you have to scroll a lot to reach the bottom. I realized by trial and error that if your images are 700px max (width) and 500px max (height), they fit nicely on an average laptop or a 15 inches computer.

Regina, to delete the image simply go to modify images - if you have a small screen you might have to scroll right to view the delete link.

Dear Sir,

I try several times to upload an image.
Although I get the message that Upload of interior.jpg was successful!
the image remains Invisible.

I repeated the process by deleting another 2 of my images
but the re-uploaded image is still invisible.

Till yesterday I had into my Portfolio 9 Images [the 2 extra was your kind past present ]
Now remain only 6 images.

System :Windows XP
Browser: Firefox
Files : . jpg [145 kb]

Expecting your help
Regards
Apostolos

I, too, am having problems uploading images. It says they upload successfully, but then they won't show in my portfolio. I managed to upload one that shows, and it says I still have 6 credits despite the invisible uploads.

I'm using Firefox with Windows XP. My files are .jpg and under 150 KB.

Thanks!
