First please read the uploading problems FAQ: http://www.voodoochilli.net/tutorials/uploading-problems.php

After reading if you are still having problems uploading please reply to this message, and give as much information about your set-up as possible e.g. your browser, operating system (Windows, Mac, etc), file type, etc. Also please email the files themselves to mail@voodoochilli.net and we will try and repeat the problem.

Hi Sam. sorry the credits bit wasn't in the right place! Thanks for pointing this out! You can now get credits from the upload image page.

Hi. As above, can you list your browser type etc.

Also to trade points, I need to put that page back in from before we did the redesign.

The problem is the image is too big. If you upload it again, after resizing it, it should look better.

I just uploaded 6 new images without any problems. I do hope this means the issue has been solved Harry.

Sorry to be a party pooper but i'm having a few issues with this site!
I can't upload a new profile picture even though I'm on Firefox and the image is small enough (69 x 71 )
why is the upload size for main images only 150 kb?
It says £2 for a new upload but then you have to download 3. Call me a cheapskate but that seems slightly misleading.
It says on your homepage you can download 7 images and I can only download 5.
Apart from this it's a very good site with some good work, but it would be great if some of the problems could be ironed out!
Thanks for listening to my rant,
Luther

Erika - I will look into this tomorrow

Luther - Yes you should get 7 uploads. they are limited to 150k because there are thousands of images on this site and if they were bigger the site wouldn't be free. Also, most people don't want to wait 30 seconds for an image to download. Also, the profile image should be 70x100 pixels last time I checked. Finally, yes you have to buy 3 images, thats just the way it is. If you would prefer you can earn your extra images, for free by being an active member. Have a look at the FAQs for more information.

I will look into your upload issues tomorrow as well.

We are always looking into improving the site, but there are over 5000 artists on here, all doing things in different ways so its not easy to make it a completely flawless experience.
