Talk about anything that pops into your mind in here, over a nice
cold beverage(or hot, if you prefer). Sports(American and
everyone else, lol), work or play. Anything but art. And keep it
civil, folks, or Marcus, that 300 lb. gent standing by the door
will have to ask you to leave. Have fun.

AAAAhhh! Joseph I noticed, but was
not in a very communicative mood at
that time...
But I am now so welcome back Joseph and the drinks and nibbles are on me..
we better include some black label vodka for our devilish impulses..LOL

Whew. Thanks. Thought maybe I died
and was in some bad Twilight Zone
episode where only I think I'm
alive. Vodka it is, then. Cheers. AAAAhhh! Joseph I noticed, but was not in a very communicative mood at that time...

To get it over with and on to the next year. If it wasn't for making most of my money around now, I'd completely hate this time of year.

Christmas is a great
time of year especially when you
have young children.
So all I want is to spend quality time with my family & friends…….so I expect it to be a good one!

of my long life....not just health
but everything bad that could
happen HAS HAPPENENED ....the last
straw, was last week; mindless
beings vandalised my little car and
wrote it off I was devastated...
Im really looking forward to Christmas with family and friends....and even more so... cant wait for the new year because it has got to be better than 2008...no way can it get worse.

Life is a pain and a struggle, that
is the very definition of life -
evolution and it has always been
that way. In fact, existence itself
is a struggle, even without the
complex element of life - planets,
atoms, starts, they all fight,
collide and destroy each other,
changing and evolving. Without this
the universe would be a very dull
place indeed.
But when it's at its worst I try to think of the artists that brave the elements - sitting outside in rain and snow, not only to capture the environment around them, but also to remember that they are a part of it, they are alive. Sometimes only pain and grief makes you realise just how alive you are, and that given the contrary possibility of not being alive, not existing, we really are quite lucky even though it doesn't always feel like it.
Ok, I'll shut up now and get back to work!

I've been very unproductive lately
and I'll agree that 2008 has turned
out to be the worst. I lost my
wife in October, she was very
young. She had just turned 34.
Now it's just our 16 year old
daughter and myself. Been in a
very dark mood. Not hanging out in
the Blackened Voodoo where it is
probably a lot safer and healthier
but hanging out in brick and mortar
bars until sunup. Hard to come
home. Ugh...where to go from here?
Somebody buy me something strong.

Hey,take care Keith. Life isn't
over now that you're single. I
know. I actually choose to be,
because I've finally come to the
realization that nobody in their
right mind could live with me, and
I'm not into crazy people. lol
Sorry for your loss, but don't
drowned yourself in booze.
Definitely not the solution. I
usually don't endorse this kind of
thing, but you might want to visit
church or some other non-drinking
social venue. Much healthier in the
long run. I've been very unproductive lately and I'll agree that 2008 has turned out to be the worst. I lost my wife in October, she was very young. She had just turned 34. Yeah, I'm definitely not trying to
fix anything by doing what I've
been doing. A big part of the
problem is that 3 nights a week I
work in a bar. When it closes I
don't get out of there until late
and I go seeking some sort of
company which is generally other
late night bar people and wind up
drinking and talking and then,
bang, it's 9:00 in the morning.
Not a good thing, but, like I said
in the earlier post, it's really
hard to come home sometimes. The
people all leave, the music stops
and then you're by yourself. My
daughter usually stays with a
relative on nights that I work and
the void is just too much to face

Soory for your sad loss . This year
as been a real kick in the teeth .
I find the night times are the
worst .especailly when the house is
