Talk about anything that pops into your mind in here, over a nice cold beverage(or hot, if you prefer). Sports(American and everyone else, lol), work or play. Anything but art. And keep it civil, folks, or Marcus, that 300 lb. gent standing by the door will have to ask you to leave. Have fun.

I wouldn't pay that much attention to it. Some machine thinks you are (insert number) better than (insert number) of 5794 members. That's just it's opinion. lol

shouldn't think about the numbers too much, they make the going too tough. . .
and when the going gets tough, the tough go drinking.

According to modern string theory, if over 5000 people logged into this site at once a vortex would be created and we you all be sucked into our computers, our atoms unforming and reforming to create an undulating beast of immense hunger wearing a purple beret. I don't want that to happen and I hope you don't either!

If all members logged in at the same time a few things would happen. First of all I would be very surprised indeed. Secondly the site would grind to a craw - especially if lots of those people started uploading images all at once. and thirdly, this box that shows how many people are online would stretch down about 2 meters.

Shall we try it? Smile

Perhaps it was Arlane. It is difficult to remember things clearly when you have just fled a large undulating beast.

actually Harry it's be worth it to take a screen shot of al the people logged in! I think the most I have seen is about 15 so far. Seems like a pretty good number to me though. Considering there are people from all over the world here!

what would happen if every voodoochillean logged on at once reminded me of the infamous question, what would happen if all the people in china jumped 2 feet in the air at the same time and all came down at once?

China would sink to 12 feet below sea level lowering the worlds sea levels and ticking off a lot of folks around the world that used to have beach front property. I support a standing non-jumping order in China. We cannot afford this type of devastation!
