Hi Nathan. The system is automatic
but it wont delete any pictures, it
might hide them while your account
is not in pro mode.

What's the system when 'subs' are
due? Does something pop up on our
control panel to remind us of
feesoptions, renewal date etc?

It will tell you the renewal dates
based on what subscription you
picked. This should be at the top
of your control panel when you
login in. If you miss a payment or
cancel then it will count how many
images you images you had before
and put it back to that, asking you
