Here is a link to my kid's art!
Nice work!
Thanks! I have been doing the kid
art for years. I want to break into
doing science fiction and fantasy,
but the competition is fierce!!!
Looks like fun stuff Franklin. I
wish I had the talent to draw. I am
going to stick with my lenses....
Thanks Richard! I love your
photography! I wish I had the time
and space. I'd set up a darkroom
and pursue a bit of the B&W stuff.
Alas, at this point, life is too
hectic! Thanks for the kind words.
Please take a look at my latest
work. I have posted it on my
website and on Voodoochilli. It is
a sketch that I will be developing
into a full color painting. Thanks
for the comments. Cheers!

Thanks Franklin,
I share the feeling. I would love to be able to do what you do. I think thats what makes this world so great. We have different talents and that makes this site a wonderful place also.

HI Folks this is my website www.kevingallagherartist.co
m please give me some
feedback, cheers everyone.
I just opened up my second website
at
http://drayeart.freehosting.ne t/
Feel free to check it out. A little sleeker and sexier than my first one.
About the artist...
Born in New Orleans, Joseph Draye is a self-taught artist, creating realistic portraiture since the age of 4. He supported his art career by building houses and historical restoration. He has worked as a free-lance sports-illustrator and portrait artist. he also worked briefly as a police sketch artist.
He designed the logo for the luncheon hosted by the Republican National Convention in 1988. He also created and produced numerous Mardi Gras posters in the 80's. He served on the board of directors of ArtTarget, a Florida-based arts activist committee for 2 years.
He owned and operated his own gallery, Phoenix in Sarasota in the 90's. he favors surrealism in his work, and cites Paul Delveaux and Joe Coleman as his personal inspirations. He has had numerous one-person and group exhibitions thruout the Southeastern United States. He currently resides and exhibits in Miami, Fl.
My Mission...
To create the most exceptional imagery that I'm capable of in my lifetime. To constantly learn about my craft, and excel beyond my expectations. To inspire others to follow and utilize their minds and all the other tools at their disposal. To keep alive the dreams of the great surrealists who have gone before.
Joseph Draye
Of course, if you don't like bells and whistles, there's always the original at

Joseph,
The new site does have a new pop to it.
Some of the text is a little hard to read but the images really stand out. It made me want to keep looking to see what was next.

Thanks. The second site was built
more from scratch than the first. I
never did like the cheesy templates
I was forced to use at the time.
And the first one has a lot of tech
problems that the second doesn't
seem to have. They're not
perfect........but they are free,
so there is that.
Never argue with free exposure.
Hi, I have just looked at your
websites and they all look very
good, useable and without too much
stuff you don't need. I am new to
voodoochilli and am trying to get
my fledgling career as an artist of
the ground does anybody mind giving
me some feedback on www.markeastbrook.co.uk

Hi Joseph
Took a quick peek very profesional site,
cant say much more because could not view further than home page
because of the pop ups.Cant stand em.
Somehow you managed to overide my pop up block.
Which is a shame could have been interesting, ill check on my other computer, which is more secure.
Good luck anyway.

Hya Mark took a peek a fun site,
clear and easy to navigate.
Little hidden pieces I love, the small moving images against the larger stills work well as they dont comprise, as some sites do. You can easily view both. Well done.
As for your artwork its wicked, a sense of comedy mixed with the more serious well excuted portraits.
You are a very talented artist, I say this in envy as portraiture and life drawing are my weekest points, which sometimes I find very fustrating.
Good luck with it all.
