My Sample Artwork
People and the human form have always been a great fascination and influence on my work all my life. I hope with my work to use the human form to convey social and emotional issues. I am interested in the body as a whole, mind and soul as well as the flesh.
The idea of memory plays a huge part in my work, capturing a moment or emotion felt. I tend not to use colour in my glass work mainly because I feel that its absence helps project my ideas better, and also there is nothing to distract the viewer from the forms themselves.
