Description/Technique: A handstrung necklace created by me, Sarah Fisher, using lampwork discs also hand crafted by me. Lampwork beads are created by manipulating molten glass around a stainless steel mandrel in an open flame, then cooled in a controlled environment. Once the beads are cool, they are cleaned, photographed, and ready for jewelry, collage, embellishments, or collectors.
