My Sample Artwork
I was born in Nancy, France, not far from Strasbourg, in 1977 and from a very early age had two very powerful goals; to live in London and to share my passion for Art.
I now live in South West London so one of my goals has already been fulfilled.
After initially studying "Applied Art", from which I passed with the highest marks in Northern France, I went on to study "Graphic Design" and eventually "Graphic Communication" at L’école Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs de Strasbourg (graduating with honours).
I have a fondness and fascination for “Pop culture” and continue to be influenced in my art work by such artists as Lichtenstein and Warhol.
In reality I enjoy continuing the journey that they have started, with Pop Art in the 60’s and evolved into a “Post-Pop Art” of today.
I am also very influenced by Japanese Art and Culture, past and present.
As you would expect, I am passionate about my work and I enjoy the process of balancing colour masses and finding a composition that is eventually expressive and yet pleasing to the eye.
I had a first and successful exhibition in South West London last year, and am currently preparing the next one, working on brand new material.
