About the artist

Member since the very beginning
Late News: too much digital hurt left hand, forcing me to improvise with right hand. I created a whole new genre of experimental art and had (May, 07) an Open Studio called Low Tech / High Tech that featured both ink drawings and digital paintings. See Enigma and Civilization in art files.
---Earlier statement: Exclusively digital for 8 years. My goal is not so much to make great digital art as to make great art digitally. Chosen for 40 juried art shows during 2004-06. I write about digital art on DigitalRising.blogspot.com
---To see bigger selection of both kinds of art, visit Price.myexpose.com, then Gallery, page 4. These images could be licensed as Concepts or Backgrounds.)
---Away from art, the thing I'm most proud of is a site I advertise as America's Smart Site, Improve-Education.org presents lively essays on art, design, poetry, robots, phonics, Latin, maps, 1984, English usage, etcetera. It's like having a highbrow magazine on your monitor.
----I haven't sold a book in 10 years but still call myself a novelist.
I'm hoping to make a comeback! I have a nice big chunk of a thriller on
Lit4u.com (In the Shadow of the White House; see bottom of homepage).
What a scattered resume, you might think!!! Never mind. It's all these abilities that let me call myself, when in Manhattan, the Best One-Man Ad Agency in the city. Now I call myself the Best One-Man Ad Agency in the world. Only half-joking.
