Title: Anasazi Triple Canteen reproduction

Description/Technique: This is a hand made reproduction of an Anasazi Triple Canteen water vessel. I used a type of pinch pot method that I have developed over the years to construct this piece. It took me two attempts and over a week of trial and error before I was able to get the shape and design right. I also added a few contemporary design techniques of my own , (not used in the authentic pottery), during the making of this piece. Creating the black under glaze designs took another week to complete. This was a personal challenge that I took upon myself, mainly because when I tried to research this particular design concept I could only find one other reproduction example on the internet and an example of a genuine Anasazi vessel in an old Natioal Geographics Magazine.
